Together with its partners, the Purdue Center for Regional Development has a key role to play in supporting initiatives to align economic policies across Indiana regions so as to produce the greatest positive impacts. PCRD’s major focus areas are on cluster data and analysis, regional investment, workforce development and economic and community development initiatives.
PCRD is helping to achieve these goals in two main ways:
- Supporting research and advocacy to strengthen regional economic integration across Indiana
- Promoting collaboration between institutions, governments, and the private sector
